Emily, author of Curly Top, has invented a new (30 calorie) peanut butter spread: Pbu. While I haven’t tried it yet, it definitely sounds delicious! I can imagine it having all kinds of uses.

Pbu
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
Sweetener to taste

*Optional*
Cinnamon to taste
Salt to taste

Mix the holy trinity together and add you chosen amounts of the optional ingredients. Stir. Stir some more. Stir until your arm hurts. Stir until Jillian Michaels would be proud to have your right forearm. Continue to stir until peanut butter and almond milk surrender their separate identities and form the most amazing substance ever to be eaten off of a spoon.
